Since our family entering construction in 1987 and the disaster industry in 1991, our family's work has combined practical field knowledge with detailed claim analysis to deliver clear, well-supported evaluations.

Our experience includes hurricane, fire, tornado, hail, freeze, earthquake, and explosion claims, as well as business interruption, business personal property, contents, additional living expense, and extra expense losses. With hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, framing, roofing, drywall, finish work, and concrete, we bring a practical understanding of repair methods, code requirements, and replacement costs.

Your first priority is to protect your property from additional damages. You have the responsibility to board-up the property and secure the location. Copeland, Clark and Crowe, LLC has a 24-hour emergency team that has been in securing property after loss for well over 30 years. Their knowledge and expertise in protecting not only the building but also the personal property that has been scattered so your adjuster can do a proper and precise inventory of the items damaged or destroyed.

The policy provision requires your insurance company to make an undisputed payment evaluation of your claim. Some insurance companies will recommend a “preferred” vendor, however, keep in mind they may pay them directly without your name on the check or knowledge of the amount. You will be responsible for working with the contractor regardless how you were introduced to them. We at Copeland, Clark and Crowe LLC work closely with your adjuster to ensure a proper scope of repairs is agreed and settled before you engage a contractor. Our family's 30 years in the industry allows us to set the standard of quality in the restoration.

Each claim timeline is based on how quickly your claim is settled with your insurance company. This is why it is extremely important that you have one of our experts at your initial inspection to get your building repairs agreed and settled in the most efficient manner. Allowing Copeland Clark & Crowe, LLC to be there in the beginning ensures completer and more accurate estimate of repair. In most cases you are able to start the repairs after we have met and reached an agreed scope of work with your insurance company. 

However, there are times when your contractor is asking for more than the adjuster's report. Our 30 years of family experience allows us to analyze the adjusters offer and the contractors estimate, or the actual damages we believe you are entitled to. Our family has settled more than 1000 claims after the initial payment from the insurance company. Regardless of the state of your claim, EVEN IF THE REPAIRS HAVE STARTED, we are able to increase your claim to the correct value.

We operate on a contingency fee, we don't get paid unless we increase the value of your claim.
